PRESIDENT’S SOCIETY

The Morningside College President’s Society recognizes donors who contribute $1,000 or more during a fiscal year (June 1 – May 31).  The President’s Society is Morningside College’s way of honoring and expressing gratitude to those individuals who have demonstrated an extraordinary financial commitment to the college.  This support allows Morningside to meet some of the most important needs of our students:

• Scholarships
• Leadership and academic programs
• Facility enhancements

Membership
Gifts of $1,000 or more made during the college’s fiscal year (June 1 to May 31) qualify for annual membership.  Gifts may be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly.  Both spouses are President’s Society members with a joint gift of $1,000 or more within a fiscal year.

Membership Benefits
All members of the President’s Society will be issued a membership card, which provides free admission to any Morningside College sponsored event on our campus.  Members also receive invitations to attend special events hosted by President John and Robin Reynders.  In addition, we send special news updates to President’s Society members and recognize them each year in an edition of The Morningsider, our college magazine.

Qualifying Gifts
Outright gifts (not deferred gifts or bequests) qualify for membership in the President’s Society.  Payments can be made by check, credit card or automatic withdrawal.  Gifts of stock or appreciated securities are welcome.

Matching Gifts
If your employer has a matching gift program, it can be applied to meet President’s Society membership requirements.

Cumulative Gifts
The President’s Society only recognizes single-year giving.
