The Morningside College Art Club will host an art sale from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, and Friday, Nov. 21, in the Eppley Auditorium lobby.
The Morningside College Art Club will host an art sale from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, and Friday, Nov. 21, in the Eppley Auditorium lobby, 3625 Garretson Ave.
The sale will include unique, handmade gifts, like paintings, jewelry, photos and holiday cards by students, faculty and alumni Art Club members. Other items featured in the sale are ceramics by John Bowitz, Hanh Shufro and Dan Cunningham, as well as portraits by Scott Martinson.
Art Club is open to any Morningside student. It holds several events throughout the year, as well as trips to art museums and small creative shops in other cities. Half of the proceeds from the art show will go to the Art Club for its trip next semester.
