Two nationally recognized drum and bugle corps will participate in a one-day marching band clinic for high school students on July 9 at Morningside College.

Two nationally recognized drum and bugle corps will participate in a one-day marching band clinic for high school students on July 9 at Morningside College.

The Morningside College music department is hosting the clinic in Olsen Stadium from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will feature the two-time Drum Corps International World Champion Madison Scouts from Madison, Wis.

The Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps from Casper, Wyo., will join the Madison Scouts for a performance that is free and open to public at 8 p.m. in Olsen Stadium.

High school students, or spring high school graduates, can register for the clinic by going to www.morningsidebandclinic2014.eventbrite.com.
