You decide what's for dinner
If you want a dining experience that offers plenty of options, look no further than Morningside College. Our main dining hall looks more like a restaurant than a high school cafeteria, and our head chef, who worked previously at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, offers students lots of options in an all-you-care-to-eat buffet.
The focus is on service. We offer foods you know and love, but also give you the opportunity to try new dishes. We offer lots of healthy options and cater to individual student’s needs. Vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, organic and other customized menus are available. We also have a “Favorites from Home” program, where parents and grandparents can send us recipes to make the dining hall feel a little more like home.
Here is what is available in the main dining hall.
- Fresh fruit and salads
- Hot home-style entrees
- Freshly baked pizza and pasta
- Deli choices and freshly baked bread
- Homemade soups
- Freshly baked desserts
- Grab-and-go sack lunches
In addition to the main dining hall, you also can eat at the Mustang Grill in the lower level of the Olsen Student Center or at the Spoonholder Café, a coffee shop in the learning center. The college offers four different meal plan options to meet your needs.
