The Morningside College Leadership Academy is for upper-class students interested in developing and improving their leadership skills. 

Students selected as members of the Leadership Academy will grow together as leaders as they share in many common activities, such as leadership seminars, community service projects and off-campus immersions.  The Leadership Academy experience will complement students' academic studies and other co-curricular activities, helping to prepare them for personal and professional success.
