Beth Schlitter serves as the Administrative Assistant for Institutional Advancement as well as for University Engagement. Her responsibilities include office management, and support for the Institutional Advancement team as well alumni relations.
Beth joined the Institutional Advancement team in May 2018. She came to Morningside in 2007 serving as the Administrative Assistant for Student Services and Residence Life, and then transitioned to Administrative Assistant for Project Proficient. Prior to working for Morningside, Beth was the District Administrative Secretary for the Sioux City District of the United Methodist Church, located on Morningside’s campus. Beth has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota. She loves the family atmosphere at Morningside and being able to observe the growth and transformation of our students through their experiences at Morningside.
Beth stays busy in ministry with her husband, Todd, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Both of Beth’s children, Kyle and Melissa, are proud graduates of Morningside.
