Dr. Maynard obtained an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Ball State University. She earned a MA from the University of South Dakota in PK-12 Educational Leadership. She earned her BS in Secondary Spanish Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to becoming a department head and assistant professor at Morningside, Rochelle was a K-8 principal, technology integrationist, Spanish teacher, and a TAG teacher.
