Dr. Stacey Alex teaches Spanish Language and Culture, Spanish for the Professions, and Latino Communities in the U.S. Her interests include Latin American and Latinx narratives, popular culture, migration, and gender and sexuality through music, radio, comics, games, folklore, and oral history. She previously taught middle school and high school English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish in West Liberty, Iowa, and directed an ESL program in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
