Head men’s golf coach Todd Sapp announced that Ferran Cortilla will join the Mustangs for the 2015 fall season.

Ferran Cortilla of Barcelona, Spain, will join Morningside’s men’s golf team for the 2015 fall season announced Mustangs’ head coach Todd Sapp.

Cortilla will join the Mustangs with freshman eligibility.

Cortilla has an 18-hole scoring average of 75.0 and was the champion of the Catalonia-Balearic Islands Tournament. His other top tournament finishes include a runner-up effort at the Catalonia Regional and third place finishes at the Catalonia Regional Senior Tournament and the Spanish National U14 Interclubs Tournament.
