Morningside College Ag Club elects 2017-18 officers

Rachael Arnts, a senior mass communication major from Alta, Iowa, has been elected president of the Ag Club at Morningside College.
Arnts, a 2014 graduate of Alta Aurelia High School, will serve as president through January 2018.
Other Morningside students elected as Ag Club officers include Nicole Langbein, a junior from Sac City, Iowa, vice president; Melissa Pauley, a sophomore from Woodbine, Iowa, secretary; Jacob Holck, a sophomore from Merrill, Iowa, treasurer; and Summer Beery, a junior from Anthon, Iowa, reporter.
The Ag Club is an all-inclusive organization of Morningside students from many different majors and minors across campus. The group was established in 2014 as an extension of the Applied Agricultural & Food Studies Department. The club strives to bring awareness to the importance of agriculture.
