Morningside College announces four new full-time admissions counselors
Morningside College recently hired four new full-time admissions counselors. The new admissions counselors are Tom Chilton, Katie Miltenberger, Carissa Selken and Renee Van Beaumont.

Morningside College recently hired four new full-time admissions counselors.
The new admissions counselors are Tom Chilton, Katie Miltenberger, Carissa Selken and Renee Van Beaumont. Admissions counselors work with prospective students and their families within an assigned territory.
Chilton is the admissions counselor for central Iowa. He previously worked as an account executive for Powell Broadcasting, and he will continue to cover small town sports on Y Country 101.3 FM. He has a bachelor’s degree from Morningside College.
Miltenberger is the admissions counselor for southern Iowa and northern Nebraska. She previously was a transfer admissions representative at Briar Cliff University. She has a master’s degree from Iowa State University in Ames.
Selken is the admissions counselor for California, Alaska, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada, as well as the sophomore/junior admissions counselor. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, where she previously served as an admissions representative.
Van Beaumont is the admissions counselor for Lincoln, Neb., and the western part of Nebraska, as well as the states of Missouri and Kansas. She has a bachelor’s degree from Morningside College. She previously worked at Morningside as a temporary admissions counselor.
