Morningside College announces new employees in business and academic affairs
Morningside College recently announced five new full-time employees in business and academic affairs.

Morningside College recently announced five new full-time employees in business and academic affairs.
The new staff members are Nick Brewer, custodian; Claire DeRoin, administrative assistant for the Walker Science Center; Beth Hinga, associate dean for academic affairs; Bob Roslansky, programmer/analyst; and Kim Sangwin, web applications programmer.
Brewer is responsible for the cleanliness of assigned areas and performance of other duties established by the director of physical plant and the custodial supervisor.
DeRoin assists the chemistry, biology, physics, psychology, math and computer science departments in general office responsibilities, and she assists the department chairs with various tasks. DeRoin has a bachelor’s degree from Morningside College.
Hinga supports the provost in the management and administration of academic programs and is responsible for management of all adjunct faculty, library services and the scheduling of courses each term. She has a doctorate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Roslansky works on the information services team to develop and support applications on the college’s information management system. Roslansky has a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Sangwin works on the information services team to ensure that web-based solutions are provided for electronic communication needs. She organizes and supervises all web-based programming and integration with other systems. Sangwin has an associate’s degree from Western Iowa Tech Community College in Sioux City.
