High school seniors will have an opportunity to learn more about college life during an “Experience Morningside” senior visit day on April 8 at Morningside College.

“Because of overwhelming response to our previous spring visit days, we are adding one more senior visit day,” said Stephanie Peters, director of admissions. “We want to accommodate all of the high school seniors and their parents who want a firsthand view of what makes Morningside one of the nation’s fastest growing private colleges.”

Peters said the visit day is customized to fit each student’s interests. During a typical visit day a high school senior will meet Morningside professors and current students, tour the campus and participate in financial aid and scholarship discussions. The students also have an opportunity to meet with faculty in the fine arts, talk to athletic team coaches, sit in on a class and eat lunch in Morningside’s main dining hall.

To register for the visit day, call 712-274-5511 or 800-831-0806, ext. 5511. Students can also register online at www.morningside.edu/admissions.
