Jaclyn Arens, a Morningside College student from Yankton, S.D., is one of 20 students in the nation to receive a James G. Stemler Study Abroad Scholarship from Alpha Lambda Delta.
Jaclyn Arens, a Morningside College student from Yankton, S.D., is one of 20 students in the nation to receive a James G. Stemler Study Abroad Scholarship from Alpha Lambda Delta.
Alpha Lambda Delta is a national honor society that recognizes and encourages academic excellence among first-year college and university students.
Arens will use the $2,000 scholarship to study abroad in Cork, Ireland, for the spring semester of her junior year. She is the daughter of Jim and Donna Arens of Yankton and a 2015 graduate of Yankton Senior High School. She is majoring in advertising and corporate communications with a business minor.
