The Morningside College Department of Mass Communication has announced the summer staff for student radio station KMSC (92.9 FM).
The Morningside College Department of Mass Communication has announced the summer staff for student radio station KMSC (92.9 FM).
The summer student staff includes Ben Catus, a junior from Moville, Iowa, station manager; Katie Copple, a senior from Dakota City, Neb., music director; Jenni Beaver, a sophomore from Sioux City, public service and production director; and Caitlin Fieselman, a senior from Lincoln, Neb., disc jockey and webmaster.
KMSC is the only broadcast college radio station in Sioux City. In addition to over-the-air broadcasts, the station also streams its programming online.
Mark Heistad, associate professor of mass communications, is an executive producer and faculty adviser for KMSC.
