Batik and tie-dyed fabric art created by Morningside College students will be on display through June 4 at Vangarde Arts, 420 Jackson St., in Sioux City.
The exhibit features work created by students enrolled in Morningside’s “Batik and Tie-Dyeing” May Term course taught by Amy Foltz and Steve Haas.
May Term courses at Morningside are offered in an approximately three-week period immediately after commencement. The courses are designed to be innovative or experiential and are not offered during the regular academic year.
