The Col. Bud Day Center for Civic Engagement at Morningside College will host a legislative luncheon at noon on Friday, March 23, in the Yockey Family Community Room in the Olsen Student Center.

The Col. Bud Day Center for Civic Engagement at Morningside College will host a legislative luncheon at noon on Friday, March 23, in the Yockey Family Community Room in the Olsen Student Center, 3609 Peters Ave.

The event is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be provided.

State legislators will be on hand to discuss the state of politics in Iowa and the progress made in the state legislature thus far this session. The following legislators are confirmed at this time: Rep. Chris Hall, Democrat, District 13; Rep. Jacob Bossman, Republican, District 6; and Sen. David Johnson, Independent, District 1.
