Morningside College will present the children’s musical “OOOPS” with The Lamb Caravan at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. July 15 and 10 a.m. July 16 in the Buhler Outdoor Performance Center, 3625 Garretson Ave., on the college’s campus.

“OOOPS” is a jazzy retelling of the classic fairy tale “The Emperor’s New Clothes” written by Diana Guhin Wooley, CEO of LAMB Arts in Sioux City. It is the latest of the Lamb Arts Regional Theatre’s touring shows.

In the event of rain, the performances will move to Klinger-Neal Theatre, 3700 Peters Ave., on the Morningside campus.

The LAMB Caravan is a program of LAMB Arts Regional Theatre that began in the fall of 2009. It offers LAMB students the opportunity to experience a touring show while providing many underserved communities the opportunity to experience a live theatrical family production.

The performances at Morningside College are part of the Betty Ling Tsang Fine Arts Series, which is designed to bring free, quality music and theatre performances to residents of the Sioux City area. The last production scheduled for this summer is the musical revue “The Taffetas” on Aug. 5 and 6.
