The Betty Ling Tsang Fine Arts Series at Morningside College will present a Rodgers and Hammerstein concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, and Saturday, Oct. 22, in Eppley Auditorium.

The Betty Ling Tsang Fine Arts Series at Morningside College will present a Rodgers and Hammerstein concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, and Saturday, Oct. 22, in Eppley Auditorium, 3625 Garretson Ave.

The concert will be a revue of all of the Rodgers and Hammerstein shows, with a little Andrew Lloyd Webber thrown in for good measure. There will be solos, ensembles and duets with a full orchestra.

The show is free and open to the public. It features a cast of Morningside College students, faculty and staff, as well as community members.

Assisting with the musical are Randy Peters, artistic director; Shannon Salyards, music director; Sean Burton, conductor; Taylor Clemens, lighting designer; and Deanna Mumgaard, rehearsal pianist.

Student cast members are Brock Bourek of Columbus, Neb.; Amy Carothers of Cape Coral, Fla.; Jori Ellenbecker of Beaver Creek, Minn.; Gage Fenton of Keokuk, Iowa; Allison Linafelter of Sioux City; Ashley Linn of Sioux City; Jaden Lux of Cherokee, Iowa; Shaley McDermott of Anthon, Iowa; Mackensie Rinas of Pleasanton, Neb.; Joey Volquartsen of Stanton, Iowa; and Anna Zetterlund of Keokuk, Iowa.

Other cast members are Greg Gregerson, Sarah Holman, Steve Lundberg, Andrew Nelson, Ellen Osborn, Randy Peters, Shannon Salyards, Sarah Scheffer, Dianna Spirk and Adam Webb.
