Mary Zink, instructor of business at Morningside College, will offer a workshop on creating an ethical workplace from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Morningside College in the Weikert Auditorium in Buhler Rohlfs Hall, 1701 Morningside Ave.  

The session is free and open to the public.

The workshop will assist human resources professionals and business owners in their efforts to create an ethical workplace and to teach employees the ethical standards expected at their specific organizations. The event qualifies for 1.5 recertification credits for certified human resources personnel. Registration is not required.

The event is sponsored by Morningside College and the Siouxland Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

 Weikert Auditorium is located across the skywalk on the second floor of Buhler Rohlfs Hall.

Zink received her master’s degree from Regis University in Denver, Colo., and she has earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience working, consulting and managing in the private and nonprofit sectors.
