Morningside was tabbed for a seventh place finish in the GPAC Coaches’ Pre-Season Poll.

Morningside College is picked for a seventh place finish in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men’s Soccer Coaches’ Pre-season Poll.

Morningside returns 16 letterwinners, including five starters, from a team that posted a 4-14 record and finished 10th in the GPAC standings with a 1-9 league mark last fall.

The Mustangs will open the 2015 season with a 7 p.m. contest against Waldorf College on Tuesday, Sept. 1, in Forest City, Iowa.
