Morningside College student Nick Baack will perform his senior recital at Morningside College at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, in Eppley Auditorium, 3625 Garretson Ave.

Baack will be singing “It Don’t Mean a Thing” and “Do Nothin’ Till You Hear from Me” by Duke Ellington; “Have You Met Miss Jones?” by Richard Rodgers; “Volare” (“Nel Blu, Dipinto di Blu”) by Domenico Modugno; and more.

Special guests during the concert will include the Morningside Brass Quintet, Blair Remmers and Mackensie Rinas.

Baack is the son of Catherin Demuth of Lakeside, Iowa, and a 2015 graduate of Sioux Central Community High School. After he graduates from Morningside College in December 2019, he plans to pursue a career as an information technology consultant.

His recital is free and open to the public.
