Aaron Bunker, associate professor of biology at Morningside College, recently gave a poster presentation at the 2017 National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) conference in St. Louis, Mo.

Bunker’s poster presentation consisted of survey results that compare student and faculty perceptions of advising. He said this was the first time in Morningside College history that someone has presented institutional level advising data at the NACADA conference.

NACADA promotes and supports quality academic advising at institutions of higher education to enhance the educational development of students.

Bunker joined the faculty at Morningside College in the fall of 2010. He has a doctorate in biomedical services with a minor in college teaching from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
