Leslie Werden, assistant professor of English and faculty adviser for Omicron Delta Kappa, is currently serving as the feature article editor for The Circle, the national publication of Omicron Delta Kappa.

Leslie Werden, assistant professor of English and faculty adviser for Omicron Delta Kappa at Morningside College, is currently serving as the feature article editor for The Circle, the national publication of Omicron Delta Kappa.

Omicron Delta Kappa is a national leadership honor society founded in 1914 that recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership and exemplary character. There are active chapters at nearly 300 colleges across the country.

Omicron Delta Kappa publishes The Circle magazine three times each year. It contains submissions from members across the country. Members submit news about their chapters and personal accomplishments.

Werden joined the Morningside College faculty in 2006 as a member of the English department. In the fall of 2017, she became the chair of the English and Modern Languages Department. She has a doctorate in English from the University of North Dakota.
