Morningside’s men’s and women’s swimming teams were recognized for their academic success in the 2017 fall semester.

Morningside men’s and women’s swimming teams were named Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of American (CSCAA) for their academic work in the 2017 fall semester.

The Mustang women’s team compiled a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.56 for the semester for the fourth highest GPA among women’s teams in the NAIA. Morningside ranked 10th in the NAIA among men’s teams with a cumulative GPA of 3.07.

The CSCAA designates teams with cumulative GPAs of 3.00 and higher as Scholar All-America Teams.
