Terri Parish McGaffin, associate professor of art and chair of the art department at Morningside College, has an exhibit, “Static and Dynamic Duos,” on display at Morningside through February in the Hickman-Johnson-Furrow Learning Center.

Terri Parish McGaffin, associate professor of art and chair of the art department at Morningside College, has an exhibit, “Static and Dynamic Duos,” on display at Morningside through February in the Hickman-Johnson-Furrow Learning Center, 1601 Morningside Ave.

Each of the paintings in the exhibit features images of two people – friends, family or partners – who are dynamic duos.  

Parish McGaffin has been working as an artist for many years, mostly drawing and painting. She has exhibited her artwork throughout the region. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Drake University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of South Dakota. 

The Hickman-Johnson-Furrow Learning Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to midnight on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1 p.m. to midnight on Sundays.
