Kelsey Tobin was named a 2014 Daktronics-NAIA Softball Scholar-Athlete.
Kelsey Tobin, a senior outfielder from Sioux City, has been named a 2014 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete in the sport of softball.
Tobin has a 3.79 cumulative grade point average (GPA) with a major in biology. Tobin had a .313 batting average with one home run and four RBIs in 29 games, including 19 starts, this past season.
She was also named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete as a junior.
Student-athletes must be of at least junior academic status and have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in order to be eligible for Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors.
