Tyson Foods Intern: Rae Clinkenbeard
Meet Rae Clinkenbeard! Rae is a senior photography and arts administration double major from Denison, Iowa. Rae is involved in Morningside Swim Team, Photo Club, ALD, Christ Connections, and she is also a Tyson Foods Summer Community Intern with the Food Bank of Siouxland, Inc.
At the Food Bank of Siouxland, Inc., Rae focuses on social media marketing through creating posts, updating posting schedules, developing newsletters, and building photo/content libraries. Rae enjoys getting to utilize her creative abilities to help bring awareness to the Food Bank of Siouxland.
Rae chose Morningside because she automatically felt at home on campus. Specifically, Morningside professors and coaches were family oriented, and Morningside had an arts administration major which was something that she didn’t see at other schools. Professor Terri McGaffin has had a huge impact on Rae’s Morningside career; Rae said that Professor McGaffin taught her to love many different art forms as well as what it means to be an artist.
Thank you to Tyson Foods, Iowa Campus Compact, and Food Bank of Siouxland for making this experience possible for Rae and all the Tyson Foods Summer Community interns.
