Students At Stangsgiving

You will become familiar with the campus’ cafeteria, Wikert Dining Hall, affectionately known as the Caf, where you and friends can enjoy three meals a day during the week and two-a-day on weekends. The Mustang Grill, or Buck’s, is located on the lower level of Olsen Student Center and the Spoonholder is located in the Learning Center. Both offer food and drink options throughout the day.

DINING OPTIONS

The Wikert Dining Hall is more often referred to as the Caf and is the main dining hall on campus. The Caf offers buffet style meals ranging from pizza, to soups and salads, and many different entre options. This is where most students eat their meals and always has employees welcoming you at the door with a smile.

This dining hall is located in the Olsen Student Center.

Breakfast 7:00AM -9:45AM
Lunch 10:45AM -1:00PM
Dinner 4:30PM -7:00PM

The Mustang Grill, better known as Buck’s, is located in the lower level of Olsen Student Center and offers a variety of made-to-order grill food options. The grill works with the meal exchange program, and accepts flex points and cash/card. There are also freezer and refrigerator food options as well as snacks.

Buck’s hours are more flexible than those of Wikert Dining Hall, so many students choose this dining facility after athletic practices or for evening cravings, as well as studying. Buck’s is also home to Morningside’s Funny Friday series, slam poets, and other performances.

Morningside’s Spoonholder Cafe is located in the Hickman-Johnson-Furrow Learning Center, better known as the library. The Spoonholder offers an array of hot and cold drink choices, as well as lunch options both affiliated and not affiliated with the meal exchange program. The Spoonholder also offers drink punch cards for students, so if you like your coffee don’t miss out on that opportunity!
